The meeting of the Tabasco masons in the final commemorative event of the centenary celebrations will begin at 5 pm on Friday.
301 years after Masonry opened its doors to characters outside the great builders of cathedrals and 101 years after the masons in Tabasco reorganized themselves into a Grand Lodge, the leaders of the 32 Mexican states of this ancient organization will meet in Tabasco.
The 32 grand masters of the Mexican Masonry of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite will celebrate in this entity their CXXXVI National Masonic Council on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 of this month of March, within the framework and culmination of the celebrations of the centenary of the Grand Lodge of State Restoration.
The very respectable grand master of the host Grand Lodge, Francisco Hernández Montejo, reported that in addition to the Council’s work – to which only the 32 grand masters members of the Confederation of Regular Grand Lodges of the Mexican Republic enter – there will be a Grand Tenida for the 101st anniversary of the Grand Lodge of State Restoration and a Dinner Dance.
